Gaurav has over 20+ years of diverse global experience in various techno-functional domains, managing multiple roles and projects across regions like LATAM, NAFTA, East Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. He is passionate about technology, with a focus on eCommerce, DevOps, emerging technologies, AI, and data and its impact on businesses and sustainability. He played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within Mercedes-Benz and has a track record of leading high-performing large scale globally distributed IT teams. Additionally, he co-founded South East Asia’s first automotive accelerator program, demonstrating their commitment to innovation and startups. Currently he is leading a team that is transforming how Mercedes Benz sells car directly to customers. He is based in Singapore and his team caters to 3/4th of Mercedes Benz sales globally. Outside of work, involved in various social and sustainability activities and is a multilingual individual.
