About Jayaprada

Jaya is the Sustainability Leader for HPE Hybrid Solutions – APAC and is an accomplished professional with over 19 years’ experience in Technology and Banking sectors around Sustainability, Strategy & Business Consulting, Business Analytics & Program Management. 

Jaya is an ‘Accredited Sustainability Advisor’ from Uptime Institute LLC, NY and has also completed GRI Certification in ‘Reporting with GRI Standards 2021’ for Sustainability.

In her role as Sustainability Leader for APAC, Jaya has spearheaded the development and execution of end-to-end HPE Hybrid Solutions’ Sustainability Strategy. Her innovative thought leadership has helped in elevating awareness internally and externally around Sustainability and build the Sustainability eco-system of partners. She plays a crucial role in driving Sustainability engagements with various HPE internal & external stakeholders, partners, and customers.

Jaya ‘s proactive approach to strategic planning, collaboration, her passion, and commitment to driving positive change both within the organization and the broader industry, are helping to build momentum for Sustainable IT adoption.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jaya is an active member of APAC Sustainability Advisory Council, mentor for Women-led Tech Start-Ups – HPE Climate Tech Impact Accelerators and a core member of Digital Sustainability Alliance led by GovTech Singapore.

Prior to joining HPE, Jaya has been a business leader with extensive experience across multiple functions in the Banking Industry in India such as Customer Service, Trade Finance, Branch Operations and Wholesale Lending (Mid & Large Corporate Banking). In her Business Leadership role, apart from achieving remarkable growth metrics, she had initiated & executed impactful change initiatives and programs by collaborating closely with Enterprise CXOs, introduced New Product Papers for Business Development, aligning with Industry Standards, Operational Policies, Regulatory Requirements, and Risk Management Practices. 

Jaya has an academic background from renowned institutions like Indian Institute of Management-Calcutta where she completed Senior Management Program in Strategy & Business Analytics. She is also a Postgraduate in Master of Business Administration from one of the premier Management Institutes in India.
