About Suresh

Suresh Sundararajan is an industry veteran with over 26 years of experience in various functions within the Olam Group, a multinational agribusiness headquartered in Singapore. Suresh is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Nupo Ventures, the venture building and incubation arm of the Olam group, and the Co-Founder and Director of MINDSPRINT, an independent digital and technology transformation partner for Olam.

Suresh joined Olam Group in 1996 and has held various leadership positions across the organization including Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, Taxation, Legal, Risk and Market Compliance, Global Business Services, Information Technology, and Strategic Investments. In 2017, he led Olams digital transformation journey that resulted in the development and implementation of several innovative solutions throughout the agricultural supply chain.

Apart from his leadership roles at Olam, Suresh is also the co-founder of Jiva and Terrascope, technology start-ups focused on agriculture and sustainability, respectively. As a member of the Forbes Technology Council, Suresh is also a thought leader and authors various articles relating to sustainability, talent management, digital technology and innovation.

Suresh is a graduate in commerce from the University of Madras, India, a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and is a certified Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
